Lemon~Lime Ginger Ale

Lemon~Lime Ginger Ale

Ingredients:

1 apple, cored and sliced
½ inch fresh ginger (less if you find the taste too strong)
handful of grapes
1/4 lemon
1/2 lime
sparkling mineral water

Instruction:

Remove the grapes from the stem. Juice the apple and ginger together,
then juice the rest of the fruit. Pour the juice in a large glass and fill to the
top with sparkling water and serve with ice.

Bacon Cheeseburger Salad Carbs

Per Serving: 7g total
Effort: Easy

Ingredients:
3 ounces lean ground beef crumbled,cooked and drained
4 slices bacon – cooked crisp,drained and crumbled
1 cup chopped lettuce
1/8 cup chopped onion1/2 medium tomato – chopped
1 tablespoon mayonnaise ¼ cup cheddar cheese – (or 1 once)

How to Prepare:
Stir mayo into lettuce,onion and tomato until evenly coated. Toss in beef,bacon
and cheese.

MACARONI AND CHEESE

MACARONI AND CHEESE

Ingredients:

1 1/2 c. skim milk
1 1/2 tbsp. all purpose flour
1 1/2 tbsp. reduce calorie margarine
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 c. grated low-fat American cheese
2 c. macaroni, cooked and drained
1/4 c. bread crumbs

Instructions:

1. Combine milk, flour, margarine, and salt to make a white sauce.
2. Return sauce to low heat. Add grated cheese, stirring constantly.
3. Cook until cheese has melted and sauce boils. Remove from heat.
4. Alternate layers of macaroni and cheese sauce in non-stick baking dish; cover with bread crumbs.
5. Bake at 375 degrees until mixture bubble and crumbs brown.

You can make 6 servings.
